Ernies Plot Certificated Site

Ernies Plot Certificated Site is a small adults only caravan and motorhome site at Miles Cross, Symondsbury, on the western edge of Bridport in west Dorset. It sits just off the A35, which makes it an easy pitch up if you are driving the coast road west towards Lyme Regis, and it puts West Bay and the Jurassic Coast roughly three miles south. Bridport town centre is about a mile and a half east. As a Certificated Site it runs under the Camping and Caravanning Club scheme, so it is open to Club members only and takes a maximum of five caravans or motorhomes at any one time, with stays of up to 28 consecutive days. Pitches have electric hook up and the site is open all year. This is not a site for tents, and it is not a site for families, because it takes adults only. Dogs are welcome. What stands out at Ernies Plot is the scale: five vans at most, quiet Dorset farmland, and no queue for anything.
