Pitches: 170 Opening Dates: 15 March To 7 November Monkton Wyld has been welcoming visitors since 1991, many of whom return year after year. We strive to provide outstanding facilities with two superb shower blocks, excellent wifi, 16 amp electric connection and a wonderful space for children to play. Dogs are not forgotten with a dog walk, paddock where you can left them off the lead, and for muddy paws a dog wash. All the pitches back up against a hedge or shrub bed so you never feel one of the crowd and are situated in several small sections separated by hedges. All pitch types are available together with a summer camping field. The park can accommodate even the largest RV. Some pitches have a special surface which render them suitable for both tents and caravans - a real bonus for the former if the weather is not as expected. Caravan storage is available. Food vans visit twice a week. Comprehensive tourist information and small shop covering all the basics. 4 Donkeys, swans, caves, trams, sandy beaches, coastal and inland walks, historic houses, gardens, cream teas, planes, tanks and zebras all nearby! Lyme Regis has many seasonal events including Life Boat and Carnival weeks together with Jazz, Fossil, Food and Folk festivals.
