About this site

Dogs are not accepted at Parley Glade Certificated Site, a point worth settling before anything else. Beyond that, this is a family owned field on the edge of West Parley, close to the River Stour and about four miles north of Bournemouth in Dorset. Location does the heavy lifting: Bournemouth's Blue Flag beaches are around a 20 minute drive south, the New Forest lies east, and shops and other amenities sit within a mile of the gate, so provisions are never a problem. The Camping and Caravanning Club certificates the site, meaning members only, a ceiling of five caravans or motorhomes at any one time plus as many as ten tents, and a 28 day limit on any single stay. Hook up is fitted to the pitches. Parley Glade is aimed at Club members who want somewhere quiet and low key within striking distance of the Dorset coast and the forest, not at anyone shopping for a large park with an entertainment programme. The gates stay open all year. No prices are published online, so ring 07860 949065 for availability, current rates and arrival arrangements.
