Valley View Farm Certificated Site

Valley View Farm is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site on Brook Lane at Tavistock, on the western edge of Dartmoor in Devon. As a member only CS it takes up to five caravans or motorhomes plus a small number of tents, with grass and hardstanding pitches, some with electric hookup. There is a flushing toilet, showers and washbasins on site, and pets are welcome, which is more provision than many small member sites offer. The ground is level to gently sloping across about three quarters of an acre, and the site is well sheltered. Its strength is the walk into Tavistock: around fifteen minutes along the Tavistock Canal brings you to the town shops, while Dartmoor itself is right on hand for walking and cycling. Members can book pitches from around £20 per night. Valley View Farm stays open all year and suits Club members touring Dartmoor and west Devon who still want a proper toilet and shower block near Tavistock.
